They are reliant on your cylinder bore being in a serviceable condition, if the bore has been badly scoured, it's likely that the unit will need replacing. If the bore is good, with a little rotary cleaning and flushing, this kit will replace all the seals and provide the required rubber grease to reassemble, ready for use.
