1305 Series Close Tolerance NAS Bolts 5/16 -24 UNF

NAS 1305 5/16-24 UNF fine close tolerance bolts, part of the 1300 series range of National Aerospace Standard, fine threaded, dimple-headed hex bolts. These bolts have a minimum tensile strength of 160,000psi and a minimum shear strength of 95,000psi. Thread length is consistent within each diameter and grip lengths are available in 1/16" increments. These NAS bolts are used in applications where premium quality, high strength bolts are required. Used widely in motorsport applications and often found in racecar suspension and chassis fixtures, where close fitting components are mounted and located.
