Autolec FIA Battery Master Switch

Autolec FIA battery master switch, used to totally isolate the vehicle from the battery and the cars charging system once disengaged. These genuine Autolec switches are the highest quality spec battery switches of this design available, the original and best. Many of the cheaper alternatives suffer from premature work hardening of the internal springs and start to not make full contact internally when on, causing the vehicle to cut out and despite still being in the on position there's no electrical supply. A temporary way round this is to glue a washer to the bottom of the key so that the key pushes in further, but this issue isn't great when it happens on the track or worse still up in the air! It's therefore better to fit the best, genuine Autolec switch from the outset!

Autolec switches are the original product and far superior in both the materials used and the length of reliable service life far exceeds the cheaper alternatives. They come supplied with a resistor for alternator surge protection, a removable red key and water resistant rubber cover. 4 terminal, double switched base with 2 main 10mm poles, rated at 90amps continuous for 6v, 12v or 24v use, with full wiring circuit drawings included.
