NEO Synthetics Z-12 bearing grease is fortified with synthetic polymers, rust and corrosion inhibitors, EP and anti-oxidation additives. It's designed use is in heavily loaded plain and slow to moderate speed anti-friction bearings, operating under generally adverse conditions such as extreme pressure, high temperature, water, mild chemical and detergent wash and acid environments. It's unique combination of properties makes it capable of replacing a wide variety of greases in industrial as well as automotive use. Available in jars and tubes.

NEO Z-12 provides excellent cohesive and adhesive properties for superior shock-load squeeze-out resistance in a bearing. NEO Z-12 is compounded with a scientific blend of EP and frictional modifiers designed for anti-friction bearings; thus reducing friction and increasing equipment and lubricant life. Cost reduction is achieved by increased parts life, less downtime, and extended lubrication cycles.
Applications:
NEO Z-12 is designed for use anywhere NLGI Grade EP No.2 is recommended. In the automotive field, it is excellent for chassis lube and wheel bearings. In industry, it is useful for all manner of bearings, centralized grease systems, open pillow blocks, and conveyors. It is excellent for general farm use and irrigation pump bearings. Marine uses include bearings of all types and boat trailer wheel bearings. In construction, it is suitable for mobile heavy equipment. NEO Z12 is a multipurpose grease meeting and exceeding requirements for NLGI Grade EP no 2.
