Tilton 600-Series overhung 2 pedal assembly, supplied with bronze bushed, brake and clutch pedals, supplied ready for assembly, for under dashboard mounting, in an ergonomic pedal design which helps reduce driver fatigue.

The pedals have a variable pedal ratio, thanks to the adjustable pad design, with ratios from 5.0:1 to 6.2:1 attainable with adjustment to the extremes of the available mounting positions. Superb design provides exceptional feedback and the integral clutch stop can be adjusted, to prevent over stroking of spring diaphragm.

Master cylinders not supplied, please order separately

  • Suits 73, 74, 75 or 76-Series master cylinders
  • Accepts a 600-Series bulkhead throttle pedal
  • Fitted with a high tensile 7/16" balance bar assembly and is compatible with the Tilton 73, 74, 75 or 76-Series master cylinders, with the industry standard flange mount spacing for the master cylinders.

  • Forged aluminum pedals are engineered for high rigidity and low weight.
  • Adjustable pedal ratio (5.0:1 – 6.2:1) enable the brake pedal to be tuned to driver preference without having to change master cylinder bore size.
  • Foot pads can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and in angle to suit individual driver preferences.
  • Large diameter 7/16”-20 balance bar provides maximum rigidity. PTFE coated aluminum clevises for increased durability and reduced friction.
  • Pedal pivots feature wave washers to reduce lateral pedal movement and oil impregnated bronze bushings decrease stiction.
  • Lightweight aluminum frame features guide “ramps” to reduce balance bar tipping, decreasing friction and improving brake repeatability.
